We are a small local team focused on making boiler replacement easier to understand and organise. Daniel leads the technical and site side of the business, while Priya and Lewis help keep projects moving from the first enquiry through to installation.
Daniel grew up near Newport Pagnell and began his working life around domestic heating and refurbishment projects across Buckinghamshire. He started Boiler Replacement Milton Keynes after seeing how often homeowners struggled to get a simple explanation of their replacement options. Away from work, he spends weekends walking sections of the Ouse Valley with his lurcher, Milo.
Priya lives in the Milton Keynes area and looks after incoming enquiries, project details and scheduling. She is the person who makes sure the team has the right information about a property before work is arranged. Outside the business, she volunteers with a local community gardening group and is usually the first person in the team to know when a new café has opened.
Lewis grew up in Bletchley and supports site preparation, installation work and the practical details that help boiler replacements run smoothly. He has a particular interest in older heating layouts and how previous alterations affect new work. In his spare time he restores older bicycles and regularly rides around the villages south of Milton Keynes.
We start by gathering the useful information: the current boiler type, the property size, how the household uses hot water and what problems you are trying to solve. From there we can separate a straightforward replacement from a project that may need more detailed planning.
Once the scope is clearer, we explain what is likely to remain, what needs to change and any optional improvements worth considering. Daniel leads the technical side, Priya keeps the project organised and Lewis helps prepare and carry out the site work. The goal is a replacement process that feels planned rather than improvised.
